Routine Inspection Reports

A brief report on the status of the property that details any concerns about cleanliness and general state of repair; may be conducted up to a maximum of 4 times a year.

  • RentLogic can schedule the inspection dates for you and will accommodate with tenant requests to change whenever possible.

  • When conducting inspections, we use YOUR office inspection software, so there's no issues with syncing data or saving reports in different formats.

  • If we notice urgent maintenance or repairs, you are contacted while we are on site.

  • RentLogic don’t charge travel fees within 30kms of our office in Torrens Park.

Entry Inspection Reports 

Entry inspections are conducted before a tenancy commences. This report is a mandatory document which records in detail, the exact contents and condition of a property, conducted at the start of a tenancy as evidence and documentation of the condition of the property prior to the tenancy commencing. 

  • When conducting entry inspections, we use YOUR office inspection software, so there's no issues with syncing data or saving reports in different formats.

  • By outsourcing your inspections to an independent body, you can alleviate potential bond disputes and ensure the reports are unbiased.

  • Our detailed but concise descriptions are backed up by unlimited corroborating images.

  • RentLogic tests all appliances and fixtures at the time of the inspection and details all relevant model numbers that are accessible.
